FOR PROFESSIONALS: The Program LACTDOC for Documentation and Weight Monitoring of Breastfed Babies helps to document the individual growth curves of babies with minimal effort. Enter gender, date and the corresponding weight, length and head circumference - the program LACTDOC (for Excel) automatically plots the individual growth curve into the WHO Standards (see the video Plotting weight curves with LACTDOC). LACTDOC allows for entering data both in gram and pounds, in cm and inches. The baby’s weight curve can be labeled with legends that depict the feeding method and the most important measures. This will improve your overview of the situation, leads to clarity what measures to suggest and allows to verify the effectiveness of the measures recommended.
